A recent trip to photograph the Jewish Museum in East Berlin took me by this accomplished work on a tower block at a housing project in Hallesches Tor. I would imagine that this is a state funded piece to avert the cost of the constant removal of tags.. Notice how as yet the local taggers and graffiti artists have respected the quality of the art of spray!
