Athena

Finally made it to the Hotel London in Glyfada at 3 in the morning. The taxi driver tried to stiff us for a further ten euros to add to the 35 on the meter.. Of course there was no way he was getting it.. On mention of the tourist police he was in his yellow cab sharpish and off like a shot. Breakfast was a blur but I'm sure it was okay. Glyfada is a lime tree lined suburb of Athens.. We enjoyed a gorgeous greek salad for lunch and did a spot of sunbathing on roof of the hotel.. Gearing up for Maria's Greek wedding which starts on Friday and ends on Sunday.
